The project consists in the design of the large garden of a villa located in Brindisi. The space has been divided into distinct areas by function or/and vegetation.
From the entrance, along the light-colored pavement, you pass through the rocky garden with rocks, gravel and succulents, on one side and an oak grove on mulch on the other and you reach the access to the house. From here, a curvilinear path in irregular chianche and permeable pavement of gray color, illuminated by stakes, skirts the oak grove and leads to an outdoor relaxation area with large tuffaceous brick bench.
On the central lawn spots of color are created with different species of roses such as fairy roses, alcantara roses, heidetraum roses and banksiae roses and with plants such as red robin photinia, purple viscose dodonea and zeroing yellow berries.
On the side attached to the relaxation area, fruit trees, grapefruit, pear, apricot and apple trees are the background to orchards near the ground. Three raised gardens, rectangular in shape, made with tufaceous bricks, are, instead, embedded in the floor in irregular chianche. Finally, in an area adjacent to the house, in a citrus grove of oranges, mandarins and grapefruit has been created an outdoor dining area covered by a canopy.
This garden has transformed an open space into a beautiful and comfortable place, putting the house in contact with nature and giving a feeling of well-being and hospitality to anyone who travels. Natural elements combine in a series of contrasts, textures, colours and fragrances.
